This is the first recipe my daughter and I have tried off of Sparks and it was sooooo goooood! It really doesn't taste like a low-fat low-cal recipe and it was really easy to make! I will for sure make this again!
I hadn't really added Meatloaf to the dinner menu...but this was so easy, low fat-low cal-low carb that I gave it a shot. My family loved it. We now have it about once a week & the family eats it up every single time. Thanks!
