This was very good. Tangy with a bit of sweet. I think a bit more salt would really punch it up.
I normally would order this item at the restaurant and so glad I can whip it up at home now. I used the black bean with jalapeno as I am a spicy junkie! Calorie and portion control, very tasty!
i tried it and both me and my husband love it ... i also added some garlic salt it gave a nice taste :)
this was a great dish. I sliced the chicken up and put it in a whole wheat lo car wrop with fat free cheese and sour cream. My picky one year old loved it.
Really good just note that the nutritional guide is off - there are about 300 plus calories in a serving and at least 6 grams of fat - not to mention there are carbs in it and the recipe says there are none.....make it though you will not be dissapointed
