Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is very good and easy to make. The sodium is a bit high. I'm not sure where to cut down on the sodium, the ham and cheese both have the culprit! Submitted by:

used chicken stock rather than broth. Also did not add any additional salt. Submitted by:

This was great - I used only 1/2 of the broth and 1/2 water (I ran out of broth!) , used fat free milk and only 2 slices of the ham and it was still great. My husband even commented that it was good. He was looking a little skeptical until he tasted it! Will definitely be making this again! Submitted by:

Didn't use flour or salt - just added 1 T cornstarch to broth and cream for thickener! Used larger chicken breasts so definitely had to bake longer but whole family loved them. Submitted by:

I substitute a few things to accommodate what was in my kitchen. i.e. can milk 4 1/2n1/2, low sodium chicken bouillon 4 Swason, string mozzarella pepper jack cheese & I like spicy so I added some Cajun seasoning instead of Sal & Pepper. It was absolutely delicious. My Hubby kept u just made 2. lol Submitted by:

I remade this recipe with only 1TBL of olive oil, eliminated the margarine (transfats) and using laughing cow creamy swiss wedges, using turkey bacon instead of the ham. Lowered calories to 243 and carbs to 3.9 Can't wait to get home and make it tonight. Think I'll add minced garlic and taragon. Submitted by:
