Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was great - I used only 1/2 of the broth and 1/2 water (I ran out of broth!) , used fat free milk and only 2 slices of the ham and it was still great. My husband even commented that it was good. He was looking a little skeptical until he tasted it! Will definitely be making this again! Submitted by:

Didn't use flour or salt - just added 1 T cornstarch to broth and cream for thickener! Used larger chicken breasts so definitely had to bake longer but whole family loved them. Submitted by:

I substitute a few things to accommodate what was in my kitchen. i.e. can milk 4 1/2n1/2, low sodium chicken bouillon 4 Swason, string mozzarella pepper jack cheese & I like spicy so I added some Cajun seasoning instead of Sal & Pepper. It was absolutely delicious. My Hubby kept u just made 2. lol Submitted by:

I remade this recipe with only 1TBL of olive oil, eliminated the margarine (transfats) and using laughing cow creamy swiss wedges, using turkey bacon instead of the ham. Lowered calories to 243 and carbs to 3.9 Can't wait to get home and make it tonight. Think I'll add minced garlic and taragon. Submitted by:

This is awesome! You don't even need the sauce. The one change I made was to put the salt and pepper in the flour, along with some garlic powder, instead of directly on the chicken. Definitely a keeper. Submitted by:

I made this with Herb Ox sodium free boullion and low fat milk, added some garlic powder to the sauce. The family liked it and I will definately be making it again. Thanks Submitted by:
