Nutrition & Calorie Comments

instead of oil and margarine, I browned chicken in butter flavored Pam saving calories and reducing fat grams that way and used 1% milk instead of half-n-half... brings down calorie count more
Used real unsalted butter, no salt Swanson chicken broth and no ham and no salt. This lowered the sodium by quite a lot. Still Good
First of all, stop using fake food; use real butter and proper cheese.
And skip the flour! Crush pork rinds , and use them instead (they don't taste like anything when used a coating). Plus, you'll save carbs, AND it will taste tons better, too!
This is very good and easy to make. The sodium is a bit high. I'm not sure where to cut down on the sodium, the ham and cheese both have the culprit!
FIBER CONTENT BAD, PROTEIN IS AWESOME!!!
This looks very delicious but it's too high in sodium for my diet.
used chicken stock rather than broth. Also did not add any additional salt.
