Good texture & moistness. I could taste the 2 tablespoons of baking powder. I wonder if it was the brand I was using? Or maybe it was too old? Next time I'll try it with brown sugar.
This was excellent. Thanks for sharing! Instead of milk, I used Darifree (potato milk alternative) and brown sugar instead of white. My husband said "YUM!" when he took a bite. He was right. :)
