Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I did not add any extra salt and was able to get the sodium down to 200mg per serving!
I sprinkled the ground turkey with poultry seasoning , the cabbage with onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper then poured 1 can diced tomatoes on top added 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce, 1tbs soy sauce, 1tbs rice vinager and 1/4 C brown sugar to 1 can tomato sauce poured over all.
