I added this to my favorites. It's low in calories I beleive, because it is a soup not a casserole dish. The counts seem about right to me. We love balck beans and this is it. I'm growing black beans in our garden!
eliminate the ham and replace with tofu hamburger to cut down on sodium. Use new potato's will also help
I haven't made this yet but will. To cut back on the sodium I will cook dried black beans to eliminate the sodium from them, and may try it with lean turkey instead of ham.

Not worth the calories, which seem a bit low for this unless a serving is 4 ounces.
Way too much sodium. I won't make this even though I Would like to! I am not clever enough to see where all of the sodium is............
