Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This will become a staple in my house - the family lovd it! I subst. canned chopped tomatoes for the fresh, and frozen peas instead of canned. I also tossed in a cup of sliced mushrooms I had, just because they were there. Used a 50-50 mix of curry and garam masala. NO added salt - salted @table.
I might try this. I would have to figure out how to get the sodium down tho. The amount for one serving is over my daily limit.
