Subbed my own salt-free spices for the taco package, pintos for the black beans, but yum!
MMMM, used a can of Rotel in with the meat,beans and veggies then Chef Meg's taco seasoning- increased servings to 9 to cut the calories- VERY GOOD!
Yeah, this was very good...couldn't even tell that it was low-fat!
