FYI your recipe is missing the oven cook-time. My variation: I omitted the salt. I tossed the pork tenderloin in a bag with the seasonings to marinate while at the gym. Seared as instructed, rolled in parm, then cooked in a 375 oven for 20-25min to 145 degrees & rested it for 6 min prior to serving
