Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is a great basic recipe that you can add any type of veg to. I made a similar soup but with spinach added. It is very tasty. It's also easy to add some proteins to. Chicken or Shrimps. That would change the calorie count, but not by much.
Sounds very easy and look at the calories...awesome!
