This recipe for low fat cooking was AWESOME and almost too good to be true and it had lots of flavor. This took all of 15 min to make.
This was great though I disagree with the nutritional info. For 1 Cup I calculated it to be 212.5 calories.
My family loved this recipe! I have had turkey chili before that lacked zest and flavor but this was recipe is just AWESOME! I could not believe the calorie count either, WOW... I will be making this again and again! (o;
I loved this chili. I used chunks and shredded pieces of turkey breast from a whole turkey I cooked this week. I drained the beans (too salty) and added a can of water to the chili. I used 1 Tbs of olive oil to cook the onions and peppers in and added the turkey later. I added a little Mrs. Dash
