Easy, good recipe to follow, I had a smaller amount of raspberry's approx 6 oz but adjusted accordingly. Added sugar to taste. I also strained the bulk seeds in a fruit sieve. and I ended up with approx 8oz of syrup.
I used Truvia instead of sugar; very nice flavor overall.
I tried this today and it was wonderful. It has just the right amount of sugar to keep it in the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I doubled the recipe and added a large peach to it too. Very delicious! Thanks!
