This pasta fagioli is like the one my mother made! We called it the "poor man's soup", unlike the versions with meat and fancy stuff in them! It is also much better for a lo-carb diet (also diabetic). The chicken broth is a great addition ...oh it makes it delicious! Thank you for sharing the recipe
