Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was good and a quick easy thing to do overall. I used italian seasoning mix, salt, pepper and 9 of the brussel spouts in chunks. After looking at it, I added about 1 cup of frozen green beans. I had it on lettuce but I think rice next time with a bit of salsa would tip it from good to great.
