Introduction

This soup will detoxify your body following consumption of junk food. This soup is full of vitamins and minerals needed for the body to function at its best. Ingredients

    1 Spring Onion
    Thyme
    Bay leaf
    Chicken breast
    Aduki beans
    Kidney beans
    Lentils
    oats
    Gungo peas
    lima beans
    black eye peas
    medium sweet potato
    boullion cube

Directions

Into a pan of water add all the beans, lentils and oats. Let them cook for 20 minutes. Add the spring onion finely chopped, the and bay leaf for flavour. Chop up the sweet potatoe into small chunks and add to the pan. Bring the ingredients to the boil for 20 minutes. Lower the heat and simmer for a further 30 minutes. Leave to stand and serve.
