Can be altered to include anything you want to include. I was using this as a fridge clean-out meal in preparation for the "new year-back to the gym and eating change" time. :)
In a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. On a lightly floured surface, unroll two tubes of reduced fat crescent rolls and seal seams. Cut into 18 equal size pieces. Grease muffin tin. Place a piece of dough in muffin tin, fill with about 2 tsp. of sausage. In a large bowl combine eggs and cheeses. Spoon 2 tsp. over sausage mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins. or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool for 5 mins before removing from pans.
