These are just my regular pancakes, no substitutions made for nutritional value.
I modified an epicurious recipe to fit what I had in the house. It's good though I did add some shiracha for some taste.
I didn't include nuts in the recipe even tho my original one suggest them (toasting pecans-1/2 c. I believe). Also, it suggests you top the muffins with 1/4 tsp of brown sugar. I did not calculate that as I do not add the brown sugar.

Tip: Pre-measure all dry ingredients into a snack size ziploc bag for ease of prep! Makes it as simple as 'Instant Oatmeal' packets.
This is my husband's favorite way to have eggs in the morning. He is a man who likes to fight his food just a little bit.
melt the margarine in a skillet over med heat. saute the spinach, onions, and mushroom. add 2 eggs, beaten. turn heat down to low and allow to cook.
to reduce fat, use any no cal cooking spray
Variation on the hot wrap. Left out the salsa (had none) and milk, used less olives and added green pepper and sundried tomatoes.
This smoothie contains one scoop of RightSize Skinni Vanilla, fresh strawberries, frozen blueberries, OJ (not as in Simpson), and ice. This is a great breakfast/lunch smoothie for any day of the week and not to mention without the added sugar.
