A greatly reduced calorie teriyaki sauce. Homemade with restaurant taste! Chinese restaurant teriyaki sauce can run as high as 240 calories a tablespoon -- this variation tastes very sweet, yet only adds 32 calories per two tablespoons. I use reduced sodium soy sauce to reduce the sodium content. This recipe is calculated with regular soy.
Adapted from another similar spark recipe. Could easily add tofu or chicken for added protien.
Great stir fry when you've just finished a work out. The tofu provides a great source of protein, as does the peanut butter.
