North Carolinians love their Pork BBQ and this slaw is perfect on sandwiches. Very low in fat, and you can substitute Splenda for the sugar to reduce calories even more.
This salad is so good, my family had no idea it was low calorie and low fat and healthy!! Normal serving of potato salad is normally around 600 calories, but this one is just a little over 100! Awesome!
