Something quick I throw together for me and the kids before we rush off to our days :) I prepare all fruit the night before to speed up the process in the am!
I always make this shake when I'm a little low on protein for the day, or when I want something yummy that's still nutritious. You'd never guess that it wasn't loaded with calories and fat! The yogurt used is really high in protein, compared to other yogurts, even though I usually steer away from low-carb products. The ingredients are also inexpensive, and there's no protein powder to buy! You can play around with different flavors of yogurt and/or fruits, but this combo is definitely my favorite!
This is a great snack idea especially in the summer. It has the flavor of melon and pear and is very refreshing!
Brewed green tea is chilled and blended with frozen canned peaches, peach nectar and peach yogurt to make this smoothie. This is tasty and gives the benefits of green tea. It is very good on a hot day.
Delicious Peanut butter banana smoothie using stevia and almond milk, with spinach. The spinach flavor is masked by the peanut butter and banana.
