Persillade is a mixture that might look familiar to you- are you thinking Pesto or Pistou? A Persillade is used somewhat the same way as the two look alikes but what seperates it is the additon of bread crumbs and use of parsley. This is a great recipe that brings in a note of "fresh' to a dish. Try it over the fish but it works just as well over slices of toasted whole wheat breat, steamed vegetables or chicken. I used orange roughy for this recipe becasue it's mild almost sweet taste.
Mix all ingredients in food processor except canola.
Chop anchovies before adding. Drizzle canola in after emulsifying other ingredients until desired consistency.

Basic reciepe comes the back of the buckwheat bag
A bit of a souped up french bread, fortified with whole wheat flour, Quinoa, and flaxseed. Takes a bit of time, but well worth the effort. I keep a batch of starter on hand at all times. The Prep time is inclusive of the rising time.

The recipe was originally for baguettes, but I made it rolls for a dinner party, and they turned out really nicely. I'm personally a fan of the higher crust to dough ratio it creates, so if you like nice crusty baguettes, these rolls are for you.
Yummy breakfast Treatt, Delicious and indulgent for the calories! You can make it even better by substituting the butter and using low sugar preserves.

My version of French Onion Soup. To make this primal or low carb, omit the 3 tsp. of brown sugar.
You can add/substitute any vegetables, basically, whatever is left in the fridge. I even put lettuce in before it gets bad. The potato is good to give a thicker consistency to the soup, and I never omit the carrots.
