This is my favorite way to relax in the evening when everything is done for the day.
these are little potato patties that use any kind of vegetable mashed into and then formed into little balls, egged and bread crumbed and then shallow fried in pan.
My version of an Indian spinach curry, with extra deliciousness (re: beans, for us vegetarians who need some protein!)
Adjust spices according to taste. Actually, adjust whatever according to taste, since it's the spices that make this thing work, so ingredients like the amount of veggies, etc. can always be altered.
The paneer part can always be made up ahead of time and frozen.

Tikka Masala recipes call for a Garam Masala spice blend. This is hard to find, though it's basically a combination of various Indian spices, so I included my own Garam blend in this dish. Delicious.
