Have you read a certain children's series and wondered what Pumpkin Juice might taste like? Through the magic of hard work, here's a recipe that my kids really like. Serve chilled.
My kids, who are not lovers of alternative food, like these cookies a lot. They are buttery, not too sweet, a touch of peanut butter, really good with or without chocolate chips! Also grain/gluten-free, low-carb and low-glycemic.

Found this recipe on Punkiepies.blogspot.com and did a recipe makeover to lower the fat and calories. The end result is about a 200 calorie difference between my version and theirs. I reduced the amount of cookies, and used lower cal/fat or sugar ingredients. The end result is just as good but with about HALF the calories!! I'll take a pic and add it to the recipe!!!
These are the world's best dumplings... they never fail... and they heat up well... You can make them with dairy if you prefer or whatever flour you like.... As is, this recipe is vegan and dairy allergy friendly :)
