a simmered veggi dish, cook tomatos;garlic;and onions for 15min. add zuchini and simmer another 15min and add canned corn for 3 to warm and seasons as you cook to your taste...sometimes I put alittle valentinas hot sauce in it while simmering to add alittle pazzazz...also my family like alittle monterey jack cheese on top before I sever.
