This is a version of my favorite bean dip, and it's almost completely fat free!
This is quick and easy. This is one way to make this pizza. You can change up toppings like any other pizza. This is one of my favorites.
Put banana, strawberries, pineapple, yougurt and ice into blender. Blend until smooth. Serves two people
A delicious substitute for chips! (Great with a dollop of tuna on top!)

This low carb pizza quiche is a great change of pace with the tase of pizza and very little carbs
tasty drink to cool off with (may want to add extra cocoavia if you like it more chocolatey, only 20 calories per packet so it wont go up much)

So I decided to look up the ingredients of my favorite all-fruit smoothie, Peach Perfection, and make one for myself. I found their ingredients to be startlingly simple and their smoothies incredibly easy to make!

This is a delicious homemade jerky recipe we developed because we were tired of expensive store-bought jerky which contained lots of sugar and not nearly enough flavor.
I set the # of servings to 100 to make it easy to convert to however many slices you make.

This holiday mix helps the sugar challenged party goer . I bought Ziploc baggie and placed them in adorable tins . You could put it in one bigger tin . I put a card on the top and gave them to teachers , doctors , Sunday school class and holiday parties. No one can tell it's reduced in salt and sugar .
