Great for a sandwich or put in a tomato and eat plain. Low calories and good for you since it is wild game and is leaner meat.
Fresh figs are in season. To stop munching on them I made up this high fiber nutritious muffin/bread recipe.
I should have used light mayo, and as usual, half mayo and half fat free sour cream, but I didn't have any so I used whole mayo.
Still not so bad if a meal.
This 3-bean salad is perfect as either a side-dish or a snack. Or, even as a main mean - it's seriously that good.
Fast and easy with a food processor. Raisins can be used instead of dried cranberries. Fat and calorie contents can be easily lowered by using a different mayonnaise. Great to take to picnics and cookouts.
