A PR Favorite. I usually add a tad more tomato sauce but I know some people stick with just 1/4 cup.

I juice fast from time to time and this is very satisfying on those tough days or when you need to scale back on the calories for a meal. Use the spices to your desired amount. I like mine VERY spicy! Use a good veggie broth to make it vegan.
First mix all the dry ingredients then add the milk thwn thw egg and is the flour is still dry add some water, you will most likelly not use all the water.

Place all ingredients in blender. Add ice (3 cups) and continue blending. It should be a smooth texture. If the blender you are using is not strong enough, put through a sieve before serving. Serve chilled.
These peppers have ground turkey, brown rice, a can of Rotel and shredded cheese. You can do different variations by added black beans, corn, or use Quinoa instead of brown rice.
Easy skillet meal or casserole. Savory and filling. Keeps well in fridge for leftovers or make-ahead meals. This is always a hit at a potluck dinner.
