This is one of my favorite breads. I especially like this bread toasted and spread with home made strawberry jelly.
Super quick and easy! Delicious as a vegetarian option for tacos. Wrap in tortilla with sour cream and guacamole, add cheese if you like.
This is a wrap with scrambled eggs, cheese and salsa in a flax whole grain tortilla. By substituting one of the scrambled eggs with an egg white, it gets rid of some of the cholesterol without making a big impact on taste.
Dice the mango, jalapeno peppers (remove seeds, if desired) and red onion. Mince cilantro. Mix pineapple, mangos, japalenos, cilantro, red onion, and lime juice. Season with salt, to taste.
If desired, add more lime juice, depending on the sweetness of the fruit. Serve with baked tortilla chips or as a condiment for fish.
