Found this recipe in a book decided to put it up also couple notes on ingredients
¼ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp cornstarch, plus 2 tsp
2 tsp peanut oil or vegetable oil
We made this recipe for a school social studies project my son was doing many years ago on Viet Nam. I only recently discovered that what I knew as Vietnamese Beef Soup was actually the Pho which is the main attraction at so many Viet-Thai restaurants around the city these days.
This recipe is adapted from a very old one that was in a Milk Marketing Board diet back in the 1970s. The diet is long gone, but the dish has remained a staple.
