This is enough batter to make 12 cups. I am using this for my sons birthday cake which will be 11 by 14 cake pan. I will cut it into 2 by 1.5 peices to serve 45 people. This recipie came from wilton.com I changed the sugar to slenda and used a low cal margarine. Made a small test batch and it came out good.
This concoction is delicious and relatively healthy. Use to top ice cream, cake, pastries, etc. - or, mix in milk to make yummy chocolate milk! Also the perfect dip for fruit and nuts. Store in refrigerator.
A soft, pizza-like pie similar to the Bisquik Impossible Pie. You can cut the pepperoni and cheese if you like, but I wanted a more pizza-like feeling so I added some to the top. I also think it would be a great idea to try paleo baking mix instead of flour.
This recipe rocks! Not only does this count as a serving of fruit, but it's also high in protein, vitamin C, and fiber, while still staying low in calories and sugar. Just one more reason to love your Vitamix!!

These cakes have about 150 fewer calories, 25 fewer grams of sugar, and 10 fewer grams of fat than your average double chocolate cupcake -- WHOOHOO!!! How is it possible? No-sugar baking mix, greek yogurt instead of oil, and a reasonable dollop of luscious whipped cream instead of a giant glob of canned frosting.
A great chocolate cake recipe with only 3 tablespoons of butter and 1 cup of sugar.
Testing a gluten-free cake for a diabetic. Tried to use high fibre flours and non-refined sweeteners.
These are some really yummie cupcakes. They are so good there is no need to use a frosting :)
