This is a shake I eat in the morning for breakfast. It is a great way to get in your servings of fruit and veggies. It also keeps me satisfied well into lunch.

I have also used mashed sweet potatoes. Start with step #2 and add the sweet potatoes with the turkey at the end. Turns out more like a "cake".
Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Add a side salad and you have a complete meal.

(This breakfast is vegan as well as a pudding. Can't beat that! Personally I like to add some cinnamon and coconut flakes to mine)
