When beating the egg whites, they should look slightly thinner than meringue.
I can't tolerate any kind of artifical sweetener, and the yogurt I was getting at the store was just way too high in calories and sugar, so I decided to mix up my own. This is lower in sugar and calories, and higher in protein, and can be made to suit your personal preferences.
This recipe is super simple! A great way to get your veggies and protein first thing in the morning.
Sauté vegetables in pan until tender. Add eggs and mix until veggies are spread throughout. Turn heat to low, and put lid on pan for eggs to cook for 15 minutes or until set. Once set, put in the oven and broil until top is done.

You can change around the cinnamon, splenda, and syrup to be whatever flavorings you want.
