This is a fast, easy and delicious way to get in fresh raw broccoli. I adapted the recipe from the Whole Foods Broccoli Crunch Salad. The ingredients are simple and relatively inexpensive but they charge $8.49 a pound for it....much cheaper to make at home....and fresher.
