A low carb crustless quiche dish to have on hand for easy morning warm up.
Actually I wasn't sure whether to call this a crustless low fat quiche or a frittata or something else - basically an egg and veggie pie that can be cooked ahead for grab and go breakfasts throughout the week
A nice quick breakfast for a easy fix before work or a nice breakfast on the weekend. Green peppers give it a little kick. If you prefer a healther version try using canadian bacon or ground turkey meat instead of bacon and sausage.

This is a low-fat version of the quiche Pillsbury sent from their contest winners. Here are the changes I made:
- I substituted the garlic butter crescent rolls for the reduced-fat ones.
- Fat-free cream cheese instead of the full-fat stuff.
- and Reduced-fat mozzarella instead of the full-fat cheese.
Prepare the night before for an easy but elegant special occasion breakfast or brunch
This is a great way to start the day with something that looks sinful but is quite healthy. (You can trade the plain bagel for a whole wheat one and it becomes even healthier.)
