trim fat off of chicken
dice Chicken
mix with oil, salt, pepper & minced garlic
fry chicken
add ginger, peas, grated carrots.
reduce heat cover.
turn off heat add chicken

sugar-4 cups
lemon tea powder mix-4 cups
PROCEDURE
Place water in a pot, bring to a boil. Place teabags into boiling water, continue to let boil until medium brown.
pour tea into a pitcher along with teabag. Add powdered mixture and sugar, squeeze in oranges and lemons,and add Mangoes and apple, then place orange and lemon in tea;( For quicker results let sit for 1 hour ). Next, let sit over night covered. once the tea sits over night and is cooled down remove lemon and orange and stir well. place in refrigerator to chill. serve as needed.
garnish with fresh mint.
I make this frittata a day or two after making roasted veggies for dinner, using the leftover roasted veggies.
A great alternative to yeast bread if you want a high protein alternative. Serve with chees, pate, luncheon meats or jam.
