The original recipe (from Krups) called for just white flour, but I partially substituted wheat and soy flour.
This is the Full English Breakfast that my soon to be mother in law taught me while i was there in england.and YES it's a real english breakfast.it's best as a brunch meal at the weekends..
This meal is satisfying, packed full of protein, and great for a savory breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
These are the best! Yumbo!! Also use 1/8 t of baking soda with the honey (I substitued honey for 1/4 cup of sugar in this recipe). Oh - and two bananas - almost forgot those.
this is the BEST pancake recipe I've tried - nutty, moist, and tasty pancakes!!
This is a high protein crustless quiche that you'll devour! These are best made in the jumbo muffin tins which can be found at Michael's or any gourmet cooking store. Even people who don't like cottage cheese will not notice it is an ingredient here as it adds lots of protein and form to the recipe but does not taste or show "curds" when cooked!
If you love the taste of a western Omelet You will love this, You can add shredded cheese to this if you want. I have made this dish with and without cheese and it tastes great either way. You may also substitute Bacon Pieces for sausage. This recipe can easily be adjusted for more servings you may also find it desirable to adjust the amount of veggies used depending on your taste.
I know this isn't exactly "healthy" but it's very feeling and satisfying. It's hard to feel hungry throughout the day with this bad boy! I like to eat a quarter of this for breakfast and save the rest for later.
Quick, simple and easy french toast that's perfect with your favorite jelly, perserve or syrup! (And maybe a sprinkle of powdered sugar for those who aren't afraid of sugar!)
Have leftover grilled salmon or tuna? Turn it into a wonderful salad for lunch.
