recipe entered so that I could know how many calories/pancake; these are very nice pancakes and calories did not turn out too bad. Probably could tinker with oil content carefully, but hate for them to stick.

I used the recipe from Cook This Not That with the Orange Cover, instead of the toasted walnuts I added the Chocolate Chips.
