Favorite lunch item for brown-baggers. Great with a side salad or with homemade vegetable soup. Full of flavour and protein. Very filling!

This is a great meal to bake for things like holiday breakfast. I prefer it without breakfast meat, but you can add cubed ham, fried bacon, or sausage if you like. It is best if prepared at least 1 night before you bake (two is even better).
This is my favorite pancake. Substituting egg beaters and skim milk help to reduce calorie content a little. The chocolate chips are sprinkled onto the top of each pancake once it is poured, so 8 tbsp is an approximation.
This is adapted from another member's recipe by using splenda instead of sugar and egg beaters instead of eggs. Also original used cake flour in place of the flours here; this gives more fiber. Compared, however, by serving size it's not very different for total calorie count.
My roommate makes a killer smoothie. :) We usually use OJ instead of the V8, but we were all out.
Lovely and light, just right with a salad or sliced tomatoes, this frittata is a snap to prepare and is wonderful for breakfast or dinner, hot or cold.
I grew-up with this recipe, and for the life of me, I can not find a pancake place that can make pancakes that even come close to these!
