This is modified Protein Pancake recipe I used to make protein bars. Use a square baking dish. You should get 18 servings.
This is a great grab-n-go breakfast. I make it in a 8 oz mason jar (and make a few in advance). You can use any storage container, I just happen to have a lot of jars.
Made like a popover/Yorkshire pudding and then filled with sautéed sliced apples seasoned with cinnamon and stevia for extra sweetness if desired.
