Holiday beef tenderloin w/ herbbutter from america's test kitchen. not healthy.
**I have been making these cookies for 20 plus years for my family for the holiday's. When I started my weight wasn't an issue. But now I need a reality check to see how many calories are in these little treats. If anyone is brave enough to play with this recipe to reduce the calories I would love to see a revised version. One thing I know is it doesn't work with light margarine. Since my family (mostly husband) is a cookie freak and insists that I make huge trays of cookies for everyone at Christmas I would never hear the end of it if I didn't make them - so my options are either making a lower calorie version or testing my will power (who can resist hot melting chocolate chips?).
My husband's grandmother's cinnamon roll recipe, only healthier. Great for those special occasions like Christmas morning.
Full Fat Version - I make this for holidays, so I needed to have my version on hand in order to track because I do love this dish. I generally use the skim milk version if it is only myself and hubby and I reduce the amount. But I know I am going to eat this! I hope you enjoy, this is true Scotch/English recipe.
Heard about this on Doctor Oz and the recipe was printed on their public website for all to see.

Found the Pilaf recipe on the Kashi 7 Grain Pilaf box, used 1/2 the recipe for the rice, the other half for the Salmon for a wholesome, delicious meal :)
