This are my turkey burgers adapted from the way I do my beef burgers. I love these! The soy sauce helps the turkey so it's doesn't dry out. I have them with no bun, with lots of lettuce and tomato. Hope you enjoy.

I make this guac all the time, it is quick and easy and is really yummy. Many people compliment me on this which is funny to me since it is so simple-also I suspect many haven't had "real" guac before. Add tomatoes if you would like! Also sometimes I mix in a bit of plain greek yogurt for a even creamier taste! Also try some shallot instead of red onion for a change.
