Preheat oven to 400. Cook oats and set aside to cool.
Combine Vanilla PP, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
in separate bowl, wisk/beat egg whites til frothy. add splenda and vanilla, mix for another 30 seconds.
Slowly incorporate the powder mixture into the egg mixture.
