I had a lot of extra veggies and eggs, and was looking for a dish that could be made ahead in a big batch. One that would serve as an anytime meal.
This is my go-to dinner for night's when I just don't have a lot of time, and it's one of my husband's favorites. You can substitute boneless pork sirloin chops for the chicken. I like topping mine with some chopped dill pickle.
A recipe I tinkered with and edited to my own tastes. It's full of vitamins and protien, good for any vegetiarian. You can serve it with rice, sour cream, or plain yogurt.
I make these with Swiss Chard (my go-to green), but you can substitute spinach, collard greens, mustard greens, or any other green leafy vegetable you like.
This dish is delicious! It's a great substitute for chili on a cool fall or winter day. You can substitute another brand of egg noodles if you prefer, but the german noodles are best, I think.

Nice tangy taste with a southwestern flair. Great serves with rice or grilled corn-on-the-cob.

This recipe makes two 12 inch pizzas. Divide all the ingredients between the two pizzas. The crust is thin, but sturdy and holds the toppings well. Between stretching out the dough allow it to rise abit and it will fit the whole pan. I wanted to list all the ingredients in order of crust, toppings, and sauce but had to reenter the cheese, so it is 200 g and it is on the bottom. Please read the cooking instructions before starting
