Basically, it is a mixture of one of my stir fry recipe's without the sauces and one big difference, everything is grilled over the BBQ pit. It is amazing. I hope you give it a try.

This has a bit of zip...but not too much. You can add more or reduce on the spices. I like mine with a lot of garlic.

Easy to prepare with ingredients already in your fridge. The rice cakes are a re great comoliment to seafood, or just fabulous as an appettizer. The cakes can be made to include sweet, savory, or sweet and savory with or without spice. Can be prepared in less than 15 minutes and great to refridgerate.

I made these for a lenten Friday meal and they were absolutely wonderful. The extras can be frozen in quart size freezer bags (3 will fit in a bag) and heated in the microwave at for about a minute to a minute and a half. You can add chicken or pork or any other left over meat to the mix as well!
The red pepper sauce is made from scratch with roasted garlic as well. Its easy to make but does take a bit of time. If you like the recipe its easier to make a bigger batch and freeze some. Also good if you add in spinach at the end but i had none on hand when i was making this today!
