This Mexican inspired dish packs a lot of flavor and is simple to make.
A really yummy beef and broccoli that is way better than take out. It is much healthier too. I typically serve over quinoa, but rice would work too. (Neither is included in the nutrition info.) I am still experimenting on ways to decrease the soy sauce. You can simply decrease the amount used, but it would decrease the marinade amount.
Taken from Taste of Home magazine this sweet and spicy pork dish is delicious! The glaze and marinade can easily work for 3 or 4 servings instead of just the two listed here.
