In order to have something different I did this. Although, I like to add more water and ice and have flavored water. Either way it is something not plain.
Wanted something different so I was experimenting with ways to get drinks without all the sodium and calories.
When you just gotta have chocolate !! This is so low fat... but so sweet and filling, you'll never know it !!
Quick and easy way to consume some of your daily fruit and vegetables. High fiber, low fat, low calorie, and high in alkaline.
1 cup fresh Spinach
2-3 leaves Romaine leaves (try to use the dark green tops and leaves)
1-2 stalks Celery coursely chopped
1/2 peeled, chopped Cucumber
1/2 cup cubed Cantaloupe
1/2 cup water (preferably distilled or purified)
1 6 oz. container Yoplait non fat yogurt (any flavor) I like strawberry banana!
Homemade hot chocolate mix. Makes enough to last ALL winter! Also makes a great gift when paired with a cute mug!
