This recipe tastes great on toast. I prefer Ezekial bread. This is one of our favorite comfort foods and it tastes great served with a romaine salad.
Cooking time and prep time happen together, so total time is 10 minutes.
This came from Cooking Light magazine, but I left out some ingredients and changed others a little. I didn't care too much for all that garlic, so unless you really like garlic, you might want to go easy on it. It can be overpowering. I don't like sour cream so I left that out. I included it in the ingredients for everyone else, though, so that way you still know what the fat/calorie content is. It saved a little bit of fat and calories for me.
This is a bit of a take on ratatouille and can be eaten alone, or with a bit of rice or couscous
Fresh, healthy ingrediants make this dish a must for salmon lovers.
These are so easy to make and they are really good! High in protein. Enjoy! I love to have these made up in the fridge and sometimes make tuna burgers out of them. YUM!
These are very good and can be made a few different ways. I used Falafel chips which can be found at Whole Foods; you could also use any chips, pork rinds or almond meal. I also dipped them in a honey mustard sauce. They were very tasty!
I wanted a salmon patty that used fresh salmon, moist, easy to make and tasty. It is important to use fresh bread crumbs. No cans here!

the brine in this recipe makes the sodium look WAY higher than it actually is, please don't let that deter you from trying this

"Do frog legs taste like chicken?"
No. Cooked right, they have a naturally tangy flavor, smokey, tender, juicy and delicious!
Frog legs are an exotic Cajun delicacy from South Louisiana.
Grill over a very hot flame a few minutes. Frog legs have no fat. Overcooking or cooking too slow makes them dry and tasteless.
Fish them out of the bayou or contact Church Point Wholesale online for premium quality, cleaned, quick frozen legs.
This is a great picture of our President Obama enjoying some Fried Frog Legs, a famous Creole delicacy in the French Quarter in New Orleans, Louisiana!
