My dearest one found these Leonard Mountain soups at a festival she went to. They are dehydrated soups that have no sulfites, so they work well for those with sulfite alergies. Also no wheat products (no glutens if you need that) and some have no animal products (vegan). They are really good by themselves but also do well when revved up with with other veggies or meats.

Having to go gluten free, I've been experimenting with converting favorite recipes. This one received the seal of approval from most extreme critic, my finicky son.

I use a gluten free baking mix that is great but it can be done with Bisquick or the like as well. Can be served as an appetizer or with a meal or as a snack. Easy to take on a picnic.
