From personal experience, I know the dough stays good for at least 3 days, but I've never had any last longer than that.

Active prep time is about 10 minutes for the whole recipe.
Cooking time is about 2 minutes per slice, or 24 minutes for the entire recipe if you cook 1 at a time.
