Flat bread is a traditional Indian food that is remarkably easy to make and tastes great with a wide variety of dishes.
This recipe requires a lot of resting time for the the ingredients to come together properly, so it is best to make the dough a day ahead of when you want to actually cook the bread. From personal experience, I know the dough stays good for at least 3 days, but I've never had any last longer than that.
Active prep time is about 10 minutes for the whole recipe.
Cooking time is about 2 minutes per slice, or 24 minutes for the entire recipe if you cook 1 at a time.

2 cans GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 can365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ)
1 tbsp Curry powder
2 cloves garlic
cooking spray
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp coriander
Easy and delish Chicken Korma. The simmer sauce can be found in the organic section of most grocery stores. Serve next to naan or brown rice.
This is not true "tadka", but it is my version. It's vegan, low-fat, and low calories. You can alter the spice amounts to your taste. I put the amount of spices for a "mild" flavor. Double all the spices except the chili powder to give a more robust flavor.
