My kids love these cookies, this dough is also great for gluten free pumpkin pie crust, or gluten free pumpkin cheese cake crust. It's a huge hit, and even those who aren't gluten sensitive love these cookies!

This is my go-to recipe when I haven't planned a menu and I'm out of ideas, also good for when anyone's had a particularly tough day -- very comforting. I try to always keep frozen ground turkey and frozen spinach in my freezer, just in case. Any ground meat will do. You can add more or less milk depending on how gravy-y you want it. To be truly one-pan, serve it with whole grain toast. I usually serve it with instant mashed potatoes (Honest Earth Chunky Yukon Gold is my current favorite brand). I also sometimes make it without the spinach if I can get my husband to make a salad. (With the spinach the recipe's alternate name could be "Green Gravy.")
Tofu salad is good for picnics or lunch or anytime you want an awesome salad-type sandwich. Measurements are estimates not actual, adjust to taste.
Easy, delicious, healthy snack or dessert and only 60 calories each..
Serves 2: Main Course for lunch or dinner.

After reading dozens of recipes, I came up with this composite. You can change out the fruit, seeds, and nuts if you keep the measurements the same. I could not find no salt added seeds for the nutrition.
Could substitute tuna. I made this with veggies I have on hand, Velveeta, and raided the pantry. Four Adult servings. More if feeding children.
I modified Stephanie O'Dey's version of this soup. I went through sparks and didn't find the same recipe. I changed Tobasco to Worcestershire Sauce. I used 2% Milk Velveeta & increased the onion & added mushrooms. [To bad Velveeta doesn't come in Swiss.] Serve with slice of Italian Bread or with Taco Chips. Increase or decrease ingredients such as the ground beef or potatoes according to how many people being served.
Mine would be lower sodium because I used homemade chicken broth. You can also reduce the amount of W. Sauce and the amount of the Velveeta to reduce the sodium.
I was trying to use up ingredients from the pantry and adapted what I had to an old recipe. Diabetic friendly. Uses left over chicken breast meat.

Family doesn't know I changed it to Splenda. SHHHHH!
Found made from scratch recipes, with assorted ingredients. I picked one that is NOT like Sloppy Joe's Sandwich, Turkey alternative, but ground turkey here is higher in fat than the lean beef. Can change to suite tastes easily.
Basically it's French toast only you use Cut up chunks of Challah and batter from heaven : ) It's a perfect kosher breakfast with all the comforts of home, but ya gotta budget your calories. Eat a salad for lunch or a soup for dinner.

Easy to make and healthier than the traditional mac-n-cheese version. Less than 200 calories per 1 cup serving. Very good with buttered bread and a tossed salad with French dressing.
This is what I put together at the last minute with just a few things I had on hand. I am going to experiment with some other things next time.

This is a typical Dutch treat, it is called Wentelteefjes (which translates into turning bitches! Don't ask me why it is called like that!)
It can be a tasty dessert but also very good for lunch or to satisfy a sweet tooth. Great for brucnhes and the kids LOVE it!
Also: the BEST way to use up your stale bread :-)
My kids love these, but they aren't very good for watching your weight. I am very open to any suggestions on how to make this meal healthier!
i love making this dish once, so i double the potions and then use half of the meat mixture; the other half i freeze for another day. this is a great idea for buesy moms. on a buesy day all you would have to cook would be the pasta and your side veggies.
